Congratulations go out to Brent Beringer, Director of Dining from The University of Virginia. Brent submitted The University of Virginia and won CRES COR’s drawing for a NEW HotCube3 heated cabinet ($8,000 value) at the NACUFS 2011 conference in Dallas.
The university will be the recipient of a customized unit that is designed to operate indoors as well as out of doors when there is no electrical power available. So big congratulations to Brent and The University of Virginia!
